I have been working with Chad for about 12 years. I have bought and sold many houses through him. The only reason why I use Chad’s services is because he goes the extra mile for me. He will return my phone calls, does research on houses and gets back to me in a timely fashion. He is my go-to person when it comes to real estate. Not to mention he is honest and does not try to “sell” the house to me. He knows what I want and will show me what I want. When my wife and I were looking for our own home our agent was Chad.
